Smoothies are a great thing to make when you have someone who is sick, someone who is hungry, someone who has worked out, and someone who just wants one.
Smoothie for the sick and weak
You need;
1 banana
2 mangoes
1 cm fresh ginger (we're debating whether it's necessary to include it, so it can be cut out)
1 orange (juice)
10-15 ice cubes
2-3 dl apple juice
Here's how you do it;
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
